So this is what you have to do when you are not a member yet:

- Go to http://www.scrapbookchalet.com

- Register there

- Then go to Message Board and scroll untill you see 'Layout of the Day' and press it

- Press 'Poll: Vote for LOTW 2/25-3/3 '
