Christmas Journal

My friend Kelly told me about this fantastic workshop 'Journaling your Christmas' by Shimelle. I surfed on the internet to look for some examples from previous years and I was very surprised to see all those wonderful journals.
So I decided to subscribe myself for the workshop. It starts on December 1st and the last day is January 6th. We get a task every day and we need to write and scrap about it. Can't wait to get started.
I made my front page last Sunday. The letters 'Kerst' (Christmas) are in green felt. I cutted them out (not so easy to do). The green numbers are thickers and the christmas three is Scenic Route paper and green felt.

Let me know what you think about it. I love comments about my work. Thanks for looking!

That's lovely. I like the starkness of it. I'm still working out my front cover but I think it will involve brown paper and Christmas trees.

Lovely cover for your journal - I'm loving simple triangle trees at the moment. Carole x

Hi Sollie, How are you? We are going to put up our Christmas tree on Saturday.

Love your book. A friend of mine did Shimelle's class last year over Christmas and loved it.

'k Snap de bedoeling niet helemaal... Waar volg je die workshop? Je boompje is trouwens goed gelukt! Vilt knippen is inderdaad niet altijd even makkelijk als het gedetailleerd moet zijn. Voor letters gebruik ik mijn oude vertrouwde sizzix, die kan vilt aan

Grappig hoe dat boompje gemaakt is uit een simpele driehoek! Leuk hoor!
