Happy Halloween

My gosh, it's already the end of October!!Where did time go????
I'm so sorry but since school started again in September, my life became so busy.  Being pregnant doesn't help for the moment as I'm so tired when I come home from my teaching job.  Only 15 days to go and then I'm home!!!  I hope to have a little time for myself before our baby decides to say 'hello' to this world.  I really need some time to scrap, knit, crochet, read books, ....  I suppose that there won't be any ME-time when the little one is born.

Clearsnap

Last weekend we were hosting a product partner swap with our friends at Clearsnap.

I didn't feel like scrapping (no inspiration) so I made a card.

My Stamp Box: KISS

Today our Design Team members of My Stamp Box  are sharing projects that keep the focus on stamping – mostly just inks and papers are used. Some designers even created their own embellishments using simple stamping.

I made a layout with an old picture of my mum and me.  I think I was about 1 year old on that picture ;-)

Hi everyone,

I know it takes me ages to update this blog the past months.  But I have a very good reason for that.
Eric and I are expecting our first child.  I'm almost 23 weeks pregnant now.

18 weeks pregnant

In the beginning I was so sick most of the time that I didn't feel creative at all.  I had lots of ideas for layouts about my pregnancy but nothing creative happened.  I'm feeling better now but it's so hectic at our place for the moment.  I'm painting, decorating, .. the babyroom, helping at Erics bar (it's so busy lately), ...  So I don't have a lot of time to scrap but don't worry, 2 layouts are waiting to be shown but still have to wait till it's on the My Stamp Box blog

No inspiration?

Hi everyone,
It’s my turn again to post on this fantastic blog.
Sometimes I have no inspiration at all when I want to scrap and then I surf around the internet to look at layouts from other people. Or I take part in a secret scrap lift. It’s lots of fun to create a layout whith the layout of someone else as inspiration. I played with the girls of Scrappende Dames. I got the layout of Saskia.

Kraft & Grey

Hi there,
Here I am again with some DT work from MyStampBox.
Long gone are the days when grey and kraft brown were the colors of drab and dreary. Now these colors are the hottest neutrals in the craft and fashion industries!
All the DT members made a layout or card with some Kraft paper.  This is what I made:

Road trip

Hi there,

Hi there,
Hope you are enjoying wonderful spring weather! We finally have nice weather in Belgium. It’s so welcome as it has been raining or grey sky during the past 3 weeks, yikes! Oh well, it was perfect weather to scrap.
I made a layout about a buggy tour we did on vacation in the Dominican Republic. We had an amazing time and were covered with mud when arrived back at the hotel. We saw amazing nature, beautiful beaches, drank coconut milk, …
The stamp set Road Trip was perfect for this layout!

MyStampBox Design Team Call

ATTENTION all stampers and myStamp BOX fans!

We are looking for new Designers to join our team. If you are enthusiastic about our stamps, love to stamp, are a good team player, and know a thing or two about blogging, you are the right match for us! We are interested in designers with a variety of styles who can creatively showcase myStamp BOX designs in their layouts, cards, altered art, and other projects. No previous design team experience is necessary. International applicants are welcome to apply.

Our Term is 6 months from April 1st, 2012 to September 30th, 2012.

Team requirements:* 4 projects per month
* 1 blog entry per month including good quality photos of a project and instructions/tutorial
* Upload all projects to the myStamp BOX website gallery and other online galleries
* Submit at least 2 projects per term for submission to print magazines of your choice
* Occasionally help with additional design opportunities – new stamp sets, classes, etc.
* make myStamp BOX the only stamping company you design for during this term!

My weekly 2012 - week 1 - 4

After a long thought I decided to play along with Armance and her weekly 2012.  She made a beautiful template.  It's clean and simple and gives you the opportunity to write some lines too.  I'm totally in love with it.

Here are the first 4 weeks of 2012.  I'm so sorry for the bad pictures but it's already 7 pm and dark outside.  The paper I use is creme colour and not grey, white or anything else that you would think when you look at my photos.  It's just normal cardstock :-)
