I am the happiest person in the world!!! Now you are wondering 'why'. Well, last night (2 am), Eric and I returned from his pub. We both heard a strange noise in the garden. We had a closer look and there was Baileys. Alive and kicking!!! I was so happy to see her again that I opened the door immediatly and she walked in our kitchen. Nothing strange going on with her. She was not skinny at all, just a little scared from sudden noises. She has been gone for 2,5 weeks. I really wonder where she has been. Unfortunatly she can't tell me, haha.I was watching tv and she jumped on my lap and we started cuddling. She's sooooo sweet.

OMG, where did time go????? It's already Tuesday July 10th. I can't believe this. I really need some time for myself. 10 days have gone and I didn't do any 'vacation stuff'.

Erics back is still very painful. I try to help him every day in his pub. On Sunday, we had a day off as someone else offered to open the pub. We went out with friends to have lunch together. It was fantastic to be with Eric without working in the pub.

On Monday we went to the ' Tour the France'. The cyclists had to ride through Belgium and they came to a city only 3 km from Ieper. We were invited to a VIP-lunch. We could see the cyclists and had food and drinks for free. It was lots of fun to be in the atmosphere of the Tour the France.
Later that day we went to the sauna and jacuzzi so that Eric could relax his back. We were very lucky as there was an offer. We could stay 3 hours and only pay for 2. Isn't that great??? When we came home we watched the DVD 'Blood Diamond'. did you see it already?? It's very touching. I cried at the end.

I'm feeling very sad the last days as my sweet kitty, Baileys hasn't come home for the past 6 days. I really hope she isn't hit by a car. I love her a lot and I couldn't stand the thought that she is dead. The longer it takes the more I realise that she must be dead. She's never away for such a long time.

Naughty kitty

Yesterday evening, my cat Baileys did something bad.
She's my little sweetheart but not right now. Guess what she did??? Well, she often drinks out of the glass bowl where my fish swims. Suddenly I hear the sound of glass on the ground. Yep, she managed to break the glass bowl. There was water everywhere and I couldn't find the fish. Suddenly I saw him/her under the kitchen table. Well, the fish is still alive but I don't have a bowl to put the fish in so now she's swimming in a plastic thing. While I was cleaning the floor I cut myself in the thumb with the glass. Grrrr. What a bad evening!!! Baileys is so scared now that she hides herself under the sofa. Well, that is what she deserves. Naughty kitty!!!

This wednesday is another fantastic spring day! I took a pic of the blue sky this morning but I didn't find the time to upload it yet. I'll try to post it tomorrow.
I've been cleaning the living room cause my cats leave hair everywhere. I've done some ironing and laundry too. The laundry is outside now. It can dry in the sun.
My friend Daphné is coming over this evening to scrap together. It will be lots of fun as always. We talk a lot and get some scrapping done too. Well, not as much as when I'm alone but it's nice to have some company. Oh yes, she has a blog too. You should visit it at www.xanga.com/dafkapin

Life as usual

What a day!! Well, not that it was that special but the weather is so bad. It has been raining since this morning and the wind is rather hard too. Just got home from work and I'm so happy to be in a warm house. I guess I'll take a bath and read a book while I'm in the bath. It's so relaxing to be in hot water, don't you think???

I have been doing the laundry yesterday evening. I have been washing some bed sheets and they were dry so I had to iron them. When I wanted to take the last one, I saw that Baileys was on it. Enjoying the smell and the warmth of freshly washed items. Later that evening she was under a blanket in the sofa too, haha. She loves to have it warm.

Nothing else to mention. Rather boring life right now.

Cleaning

This evening, my friend Daphné will come over to scrap. Can't wait!!! It's actually the first time that someone comes over to my house to do some scrapbooking. So right now, I'm cleaning the living room so that it looks spotless. The hardest part is cleaning the carpets as we have two cats who love to run around. They leave hair everywhere. Well, eventhough they let me clean a lot, I couldn't miss them. They are so cute. My sweet Baileys jumps on my lap when I watch tv and sometimes she lays very close to my head when I'm laying down in the sofa. She loves to be near me. What a cutie!!!

Sorry for the small update but I need to rush today so tomorrow will be a bigger update with new pics of my Thailand album. Hope you still wants to see them as I'm posting lots of them lately.
